The hand-held electric capping machine is mainly used for screwing and unscrewing the screw cap. It is suitable for a variety of high-strength bottles, caps capping work, optional floor stands. This kind of hand-held electric Capping Machine is easy to carry and operate, can be easily used to tighten, loose, or spin a variety of screw caps. The adjustable clutch can effectively avoid cap damage and reduce wear and tear inside the plug. Once the cap is fully tightened, the machine automatically stops rotating the head that you can cap the next operation. The machine has 12 major parts namely capping heads, connecting shaft, fixed screw, caps for capping head, capping pads, Surge nut, switch for forwarding and reverse, Fuse, Powder light, rings, and plugs. The machine can be operated by following the points as mentioned: 1. Select the capping pad according to the bottle size, mount the cap inside, then screw the cap head mounted to the main connecting shaft, and press the locking screw. 2. Select the 220V with ground three plug socket, plug it in Power indicator lights. 3. Press the job switch according to the direction of the cap screw to adjust the inverted switch. 4. The cap is set into the bottle with the screw cap machine and the cap of the bottle gets aligned, start capping machine, press caps. If the bottle cap of the resistance is too large, the pressure lid is not tight, adjust the regulator nut to adjust the pressure until the lid tightens up.
